I’m particular about customer service, especially when there’s an issue that needs fixing, but this was handled really well. They replied quickly, got straight to the point, and the problem was fixed without any hassle. Definitely the kind of support I expect.

They explain things in a simple, normal way, and they don’t come across fake or overly pushy. It actually feels like they know what they’re talking about, which makes me feel more comfortable buying

I’ve ordered from ShopLC a handful of times now, and I have to admit, their inventory has been solid. Most of the items I’ve picked were actually in stock, which shouldn’t feel surprising, but it kind of is these days. I did have one item go on backorder, which was annoying at first, but they told me right away and it still showed up faster than I expected. So yeah, I was ready to be frustrated, but they handled it well overall...

I’ve been using Shop LC for a while now, i haven’t had any problems with my account. Logging in is easy, and I actually appreciate getting emails when there’s order or account activity. Some people might not care about that, but for me it makes the account feel a bit safer.

I’m giving 4 stars only because I do think the security settings could be easier to find. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with the site, because I haven’t had any real issues, but clearer password options or extra verification settings would be nice. Overall, I feel comfortable using it.

I had to send back a ring because it just didn’t fit the way I hoped. i was a little bummed because I really wanted it to work out, but the return process with shoplc was smooth. I shipped it back and got my refund after a few days, which felt normal enough. So mixed feelings overall, but I do appreciate that they handled the refund without any hassle.

I ordered the ring in a size 7 and it fit just like my other rings do, the bracelet wasn’t too tight either and felt comfortable to wear, so overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered a couple of things from ShopLC because the prices looked good at first, and that’s what pulled me in. Shipping was totally fine, no real issue there. But once the items showed up, I had that little moment of, “Oh… okay.” One of them especially felt cheaper than I thought it would, which kind of changed how I felt about the whole order. The quality wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as nice as I’d hoped. I keep going back and forth because the prices seemed decent, but in the end I don’t really feel like I got great value for what I paid.

I actually like how shoplc sends emails regularly without going overboard. They’re easy to check when I feel like looking at deals, and if I’m not interested, I just skip them. Simple and not annoying.
